Got a quote for 16 windows and 3 sliding doors. The high-pressure sales guy started at over $108k. but if I sign TODAY it will be down to just $78k. Then he wouldn't leave my house when I told him I am still shopping around. Do not bother getting a quote from this company. They will not come to you to meet. They expect you to buy a product that you never see or anything explain about that makes there product better then others or even worth buying. They expect you to buy from them without them reviewing there company or why you should buy from them. They want you to give them measurements. They don't come to you. They use what you tell them and satellites to give you price. Heck, most of my windows you can not see using a satellite. ... read more

The company installed by windows in May 2022. The were poorly installed, with part of the windows not insulated and drafter than my old windows. It has took a month and 8 emails to get them to send a technician out to look at them. The technician agreed that they were poorly installed by only looking at 2 and say all the windows would need to be checked for installation issue. That was over 2 weeks ago. The sales and installation teams were helpful and professional, but the follow-up staff had a high turnover and were difficult to reach regarding post-install issues. One year later, all was resolved to satisfaction but it was a lengthy process. Our son chose another company for his window replacements. That pretty much says it all. Pleased with the product, but the customer service end of Window Nation seriously lacks professionalism and follow-through.

I had 21 windows installed in June 2022. Although the windows are good, I can't say the same with my experience with the Lorton Va team. Every single person from the salesman Daniel Simon, Sales Manager Warren Kelly and the Office lead Bevin Campbell have at a minimum been liars to just downright apathetic to swindling me out of $300-$700. Horrible company to deal with. I had a bay window and 3 other windows installed. the caulking around the windows looked like a 3 year old did it. They did come out and fix the caulking but it still looked horrible. I had to fix it myself. but here is the big problem. The bay window that was installed is seamed together and looks bad. I called and they sent a rep out. The rep said that it looked bad to him to and he has never seen that on a bay window before. He even Quoted " You can't unsee that ". They are a joke do yourself a favor stay away from them. Salesmen started off with $40,000 by the end of the 2 HOUR consultation an 1:45 talking about their competitors and how terrible they are the price came all.the way down to $19,000.......... when i told him they were too expensive..... He said he found some rebates he can use to lower me the price lol. $21,000 IN REABTES LOL!!!!! Cannot decide whether quality or service is worse. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Even if the price is lower than other companies, it is NOT worth the savings! Terrible all around.

Horrible customer service. Early August I got a quote for full window replacements in my condo - nearly 20. I was assured that my being on the 4th floor was not an issue before handing over a $7,000 deposit. Fast forward a month, they cancelled the project with no warning or phone call, without returning my deposit.
