We had a great experience with WN. Our sales rep, Jacob Shipley, was extremely knowledgeable and honest, and gave us a detailed evaluation of the windows in our house. He recommended the Potomac window from Vytex, explaining how well run that company is. Our main concern was regular noise from adjacent commercial properties, and he discussed it in depth with us. After many yrs, our 1970s split level needed its drafty, antiquated windows replaced. We did our research, and Window Nation was quick to jump on the opportunity. The sales person came to the house "after hrs" as it was convenient for our schedule. While knowledgeable, she was a bit pushy and talked down the competition. From start to finish a completely professional engagement. The showroom, salesman, installers, Install manager (Steve) and the finished product was 110%. The ONE minor snafoo was handled with professionalism and promptness. This was never a "hard sell" situation, never any pressure AND the price was equable. Although we ultimately did not use their services we had a positive experience with Window Nation. The representative called even though he was only 10 minutes behind schedule. He was friendly and informative. We did not expect the appointment to take 2 hours but we felt much more educated at the end of the appointment about windows in general and all the different options and possibilities. Window Nation installed windows on our huose in February. Two became difficult to open and they came back 6 months later to fix it (when I finally got around to calling); I didn't have to haggle about what the contract requires. The repair took only a few minutes! WN has great customer service, great followup, friendly, local, customer representatives. The salesman did not use high pressure techniques. Mr. Alan Soon was extremely thorough in the consultation, providing a large amount of information concerning the product and the company. He is very skilled. The consultation was significantly longer than expected. However, I was persuaded to make a purchase. The company contacted me one day later to schedule the measurements. I am anticipating the rest of the project will reflect the assurances given by Mr. Soon and proceed smoothly as this is a significant investment in home improvement.

the initial consultation was long, but thorough. Our Window Nation Rep, Dave Harrison, was knowledgeable and very informative. I ordered custom windows to replace my old double hungs. I wanted something very specific for my living room: a fixed casement over an operable awning window in the same opening. I asked to review a shop drawing before manufacture, just to make sure it was what I envisioned, which they provided. The installers took no time at all with the windows and the look fabulous!!!
