I purchased 11 windows (my whole house) from Window Nation in June 2025. While the salesman seemed knowledgeable, there are some issues of which I am not satisfied and based on these, I would not recommend Window Nation. First, the energy efficiency of the product is lacking. The salesman, using a sample window and a little device, noted the temperature on one side of the window using the device and then noted the temperature on the other side of the window without the device. I requested an estimate for windows. The scheduler asked that all homeowners be present. I explained that my husband would be around but would be working. The salesman brought this up multiple times, insinuating, I felt, this was the obstacle blocking his sale. I was polite and repeated that my husband was working (actually in the next room) and, not to worry, because I was very good at explaining things. Whole-house window replacement nightmare -- GO ANYWHERE ELSE. We hired Window Nation in January for a full-house window replacement on our four-story townhome--a major, high-cost project. What we got: delays, broken promises, poor communication, and defective products. In early April, the windows arrived, but no one showed them to us before installation began. I called for any estimate today and it was the most disrespected I have felt as a woman. The individual told me on the phone, they would not come out and give me an ESTIMATE without my husband present. What year are we living in?!?! Just based on principle they will not be getting my business.

AVOID Window Nation at all costs. We have a bay window that needs to be replaced. I requested a quote and "Briana" from Window Nation called me. I answered all of her questions multiple times including whether I (57F) was the sole owner of my home. I am the sole owner, which seemed to be something so odd that she kept asking questions about other people in the house. NIGHTMARE!! WORST experience with any company! It's been a year and a half of misery! Bait & switch tactics, lies, inferior products, cancellations, excuses, harassment, lack of response, etc etc Buyer beware!! Do NOT use this company!

Bad first impression. I called to ask for an estimate, and the woman demanded that we "Guarantee" to be home for the estimate and asked for multiple emails and phone numbers. She was pleasant on the phone but could not answer basic questions about WINDOW NATION. I feel put off by my interaction and went in a different direction for my 50K project.

Hard selling tactics. Felt like I was on a used car lot. The product sample was great. The installers are the BIG ISSUE. Their experience and capability seems to vary widely. Check their past client references if you decide to use this firm. I took my business elsewhere.
