We were met promptly by [name removed]. She showed my brother in law the facilities and he was very happy to see what was there. She communicated with both of us directly and made him feel as part of the process. We have put [name removed] on the waitlist

The Facility Rep. was gracious, kind and knowledgeable of how they do business and also how the process works in general. The facility itself is in decent shape and there were activities happening with the residents while we toured. We did not have any direct interaction with the staff as they were working but they did smile and nod as we encountered them. The areas we toured were clean and tidy.

The staff was nice. The buildings needs improvements. I believe they started working on this when I moved my mother out.

They have great programs for the residents and a calendar of events that will keep them engaged daily. The staff are professional and caring.

My husband likes the food a lot, and his screened in porch. He Also enjoys the outings a lot.

Polite, professional, informative and around great tour. I especially liked the space of the rooms. The closest space was especially nice. The staff were very knowledgeable about the entire complex.

This is a nice place. Most residents have a first floor home with screened lanai. The Sales Associate was friendly and answered all of my questions. I stopped two residents to ask their opinion of their home at Whydham Lakes and both said they were happy.
I love how quiet it is, and I’m able to get peace as soon as I get home. The area is really nice and close to all the places that I love to go. There are a lot of people and fellow residents that I love spending time with and I have made many close friends here. I love that the directors and the people in charge are friendly and I love the fact that they’re mostly women. I am very happy here and i have not had many problems in my over 2 years living here. All the helping hands that I need are here.

I’ve lived here for 8 years, and it has become my last home. If I have a problem, the staff has been able to help as quickly and kindly as possible, especially the Executive Director [name removed]. Older people need to stay with their peer groups in order to enjoy life.
