This looks like a nice facility - clean, residents seemed happy and outgoing. I didn't get to see an AL unit but toured two residential units. I like the covered walkways so that my sister can use her scooter even on rainy days. Dining room looked nice and the grounds were nice.

They got us a room in a short period of time and fixed any issues with the room that we had. Biggest impression after touring other facilities was how large the campus was and the ability to take my sister out for walks. I would recommend to others with limited money and family in the area. The staff did assessed my sister after a few weeks and now she is no longer in the memory care wing. They followed through on what the said. All is still going well at Wyndham lakes. They were very professional. They have went through a mgmt. change recently. I haven't had any issues. I would recommend the facility.

My visit was awesome! The tour was outstanding and the residents appeared to be happy and comfortable. The dining options were amazing and every effort was made to accommodate the residents.

The Facility Rep. was gracious, kind and knowledgeable of how they do business and also how the process works in general. The facility itself is in decent shape and there were activities happening with the residents while we toured. We did not have any direct interaction with the staff as they were working but they did smile and nod as we encountered them. The areas we toured were clean and tidy.

The staff was nice. The buildings needs improvements. I believe they started working on this when I moved my mother out.

They have great programs for the residents and a calendar of events that will keep them engaged daily. The staff are professional and caring.
