The nursing staff is A+. Especially [name removed]. Food leaves much to be desired. Breakfast is the only meal that is edible. Lunch and dinner is hardly ever good. Room size is perfect for a single person. Small refrigerator. It would be nice if they could cook in their rooms but they aren't supposed to. There is a struggle to get the facility to transport someone in a scooter but my mom has gone to dinner a few times.

Everyone there made the admission process easy. [name removed] in Admissions especially and the ADON were thorough and very helpful. The onsite [name removed] Rehab therapy and home care has been exceptional. The room was prepared, clean, and ready on day of arrival. It has been a positive experience.

I think it's a great place. I recommended it to many people. It's an older facility, but that is what makes it affordable. It's very cozy under all the shaded trees. I would live there myself.

We had a tour today for my uncle. The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was kind and the residents were in immaculate status. Everyone was well dressed and groomed. The amenities were awesome.

The sales staff is very good and very forthcoming with services and prices. They aren't trying to hide anything. The housekeeping staff I've dealt with several times and they are excellent. The only things I would improve on is more maintenance staff. Sometimes you will let them know of a problem with a door or window or something to that affect, and it takes them a while to get to fix it, the other thing I would do is change satellite cable companies because they're using DIRECTV and my mother can't get NBC or ABC and those... read more
