The staff is very courteous and really show generous care to the residents there. Based on our experience so far we would be more then likely to recommend the Wyndham Lakes community to others.

We have had a Relative living at WL for about[ date removed]. During that time we have been very impressed with the support from the staff and the very caring nature at every level. We have seen them caring for our relative, but also going above and beyond to help the entire family with the transition. Grateful to have found the WL community.

We had a great tour experience with Wyndham Lakes and the director was fantastic. It was very large and there were a lot of wandering residents, so it was just not the best fit for my loved one.

This is a very warm and friendly community. There is good care, good food and my mom is safe and happy. My loved one does not participate in activities but they do have a lot of different activities for the residents to participate in.

My tour here was really nice. However, I was not impressed with the facility. It was definitely outdated, and it wasn't clean in the common areas. But the people who led the tour were very nice and very accommodating. No complaints with them!

My loved one enjoys the community, and has made lots of friends here. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The community is super friendly towards family members and the residents. There are choices for food for the residents.

I think it's in a good location in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville. And it's centrally located to many things nearby. The staff is very welcoming. The food is okay - I imagine it's a challenge anywhere you go where they're mass producing things. I think they offer a lot of activities and choices for things to do, which is good. We've just struggled in getting our loved one to participate.

Make sure the staff knows 100% what needs to be done if you are getting any of the additional services offered. Be persistent if there are changes communication could be better. I would recommend this community to others
