Went to the clinic for a bite from a brown recluse spider and the provider treated me for a toe fungus. Definitely won't be going back ever again!!

I saw APRN Kelly Jones-Grube today. What a piss poor pathetic excuse of a healthcare professional. From the moment she walked into the room I could tell she didn’t give a rats ass about me or any of her other patients. She spoke to me like I didn’t know anything. My wife and I went in because we needed to be tested for Covid and received our bill of $600.00 and payment being needed in a few days. No mention of insurance being submitted and our Medicare not even being listed. Hopefully will not have to go back there.

I went to get treated for a severe allergy flair up. I was questioned why i didn’t go to my pcp for it and was told they don’t treat allergies. Why is it listed on your website then? I was told I’m not managing my allergies properly when i have these flair ups every 4-5 years and that i have a chronic issue and to see my pcp. Unless you are willing to risk your life by not getting care, don’t waste your time going here for anything URGENT! We scheduled my daughter an appointment online at 1:30, arrived on time and waited over an hour while 5 others arriving after us went in front of her. I was treated rudely and waited from 1:20 to 5:00 with no care and total rudeness from the two behind the desk in the back. The checkin girl was VERY NICE. I don’t include her in this. I never got seen. They only have 4 treatment rooms and I was in one of them (never treated) and when I left there were 2 people waiting. I wished them good luck and walked out without been seen. Pitiful way to treat the sick and hurting. Those girls need to find a new profession.
