I went today and I’m asked my first and last name, date of birth, and why I am here, I explain that they really shouldn’t ask this question in the lobby when people walk in. The women argued with me and told me it is on the questionnaire. I informed her that it’s a HIPAA violation and they should really reconsider this practice. She clearly did not like that information. Front desk was very rude. While trying to solve a simple problem, she states “I don’t have time for this” and that we were hollering and screaming at her while everyone was acting very professional. Very disappointing. The actual nurse practitioner was very kind and informative, but for the front desk to portray her self like that, we will not be coming back.

Although it is great to have a doctor available on the weekends, you expect to be examined. They only ran tests on my daughter and never physically examined her.

xpress...you should change the name. nothing express about my experience. 6pm appointment for an x-ray..been in the exam room for over an hr and no provider has even come in once. what's the point of making an appointment if you have to wait over an hr to be seen. never again will I come here. I could have went to the ER and been out of there by now. just a joke of a "health care provider " what a shame

ive been here twice now. Just because you make an appointment does not mean you still don't wait hours to be seen. the hospital emergency room is faster then they are. what is the point in making an appointment if your not going to see patients anywhere near their appointment time. either have appointment only or walk in only. they apparently only have 1 doctor on the weekend. makes 0 sense when all the other urgent care centers are closed. which makes wait time even longer. the receptionist is rude and has been. the doctor ... read more

Not very express. After waiting for an hour with my wife’s hand bleeding in the waiting room watching others get taken back, we were told 10-15 more minutes. 10 minutes later, we were told it would be another 45 minutes. Not fast or professional. When we asked for a refund the receptionist was very unfriendly.

The absolute WORST urgent care patient services in Muskogee. After waiting 3 hours, and X-rays I was told no radiologist available to read them. The PA seemed very caring but the rest of the staff there seemed to not care. This is NOT an urgent care center. You can drive to Tulsa, receive care and be back with a diagnosis in 3 hours. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Made my son an appt @ 10:30. Checked in online. Only 1 ahead of me. He was in lobby. Place was dead. One guy in lobby called back. He was back out within 5 minutes. This was great sign. We stayed the only ones in lobby. Place was deathly quiet. Not even tv was on. Finally called back at 10:48. No idea why it took that long. Asked us his info in room.
