PARENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS BEWARE My sister took my niece in yesterday. My niece has had multiple surgeries and sees multiple specialists for her GI tract issues. When we went in the dr flat out told my sister she smells like shit and asked her if she ever bathed or if she ever bathed her child. He wouldn’t even stay in the room with her. I’ve never been this person but I am furious with how my daughter and I were just treated. First, I had questions about my insurance which seemed to put out both of the female workers. So i called my mom to ask, she’s in the medical field & would know! Then, 45 minutes later, as bella is crying & nothing is calming her.. Husband had appt at 3:30 arrived as advised at 3:20. completed paperwork via phone they then said they didn't get it so he was giving paper paperwork. Other patients came in after him and were taken back while he still waited. we had called regarding getting this appt the day before husband called to verify appt while in route. He did all that was asked. He was sick felt awful finally just left. I would never use this place again, and I highly suggest anyone else take my advice … apparently when you signed her forms to get seen you’re giving them authorization to keep your card number on file and run it anytime they see fit without warning notice a bill or anything surprise $90 taken out of your account!!!!! And I’ve known other people that this is happened to and I’ve been seeing in reviews do not go here

The front desk lady was extremely hateful and unwelcoming. She was rude about me not being able to finish the online registration before I got there. This is the SECOND time my kids have been misdiagnosed by the NP. She looked in my baby’s ears and questionably said “looks good.” My baby spiked a fever again 5 hours later and we went to a different doctor in another town to be told my 7 month old baby, in fact, has an ear infection that needs to be treated immediately. I need to get my daughter checked for leukemia and xpress wellness urgent care refused to see her…. AFTER I paid my $50 copay As soon as I came in and stood at the front desk I was ignored for a good 10 mins before Chasity spoke to me. I then informed her that my daughter has Down syndrome and has unexplained bruising and needed to be checked for leukemia (based on her pcp recommendation who is also out on vacation this week) I was then asked 3 times if I was sure that I wanted to do that since the results take 3 days. my wife went to this clinic because her PCP was booked up and she was in so much pain which she is still being treated for. Xpress wellness told her they were not equipped to treat her or do xray's ( it shows on there site they do x ray's. No treatment at all just told her to see her PCP. Then billed her for doing nothing. Last time either of us will use this medical service.

Sitting here waiting to be seen, reception is extremely rude. These people do every thing on line. I'm older and do not do everything on line. I will not be back after today's visit. Just saw NP she's sweet, shame she works with a rude receptionist.
