Usually good staff in there. The other day I took my son in and this lady was not helpful at all. We explained he uses an inhaler during sports for asthma. She said well we do not sign off on physical exams for sports. Hello lady that’s where we have went for the past several years. The precious PA that we are used to seeing in there is amazing but not this one. Wasted my time. Hope the other lady is still there.
They keep charging my account and it’s been weeks since we went there no warning just took $130 that’s bad business I’ll never go back ever

we made an online appointment at 9am to get a 2:12pm appointment I thought it would be better for my daughter to sit at home till she can be seen rather than being in a waiting room ,and when u get an appointment ahead of time I thought was the best this has happened more than once , us making online appointments and them saying they don't have us in there system but we prove to them we have a email stating out time to be here , same location I just don't understand why every single time we have made the appointment they say... read more

Horrible wait times! Drug tests take precedence over all else....Been in my room over 40 minutes now and still haven't seen a doctor. RUN FAST THE OTHER WAY!! I will NEVER be back!!!

Took my son in on a Sunday evening at 6:38 pm. One person in line ahead of us checking in. A few people waiting in waiting room. Got up to the receptionist and she said they weren't taking any more patients because they were behind and close at 7pm. I didn't argue, but I wish I would've expressed how upsetting that was. You close at 7 pm. I don't care if you are running 1 patient or 100 patients behind. You're an immediate care facility and my son needed to be seen.
