Waited way too long with an appointment. I think the words urgent care are misleading. I was diagnosed with "contact with and (suspected) exposure to Covid 19" which I was tested for and the test was negative. I was bullied into taking the test for that and the flu. the assistant jammed the swab up my nose very roughly causing it to bleed. I will not be back. Just terrible service.

Would not take a stranger to this place… this is the most unprofessional heartless people I have ever seen in my life. Because I didn’t have my guardian ship court papers they refused to see my 9 yr old sick granddaughter. Girls up front is rude have no business being in the medical field.

Consistently short staffed and very slow. Do not bother making an appointment online because it now seems it is first come, first serve basis only.

We had an appointment time for 2:45 and waited still for an hour and a half before being seen, however there was someone else in the waiting room who had an appointment that was scheduled at 3:45 who was called back BEFORE we were. They don’t know what they’re doing. My daughter had to go back three times for her TB blood test bc they kept putting the wrong labels on it and sending it to the wrong place. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! Then three weeks later, we get the bill. Tried to call and tell them that they didn’t send it through any of our insurances and they told us that they sent it to collections already and couldn’t help us. What!!!???!!!! I don’t know who this owner is but they need to get their act together. We will NEVER go back there again.
Waisted over an hour for my appointment. Had several people check in after me that were seen before me. This place is very incompetent. Never again will I go to this location!!
