They have no clue how to keep their word, or appointment times. They literally had me, and my son(who doesn't feel good) waiting for HOURS, today! We had even gotten there at least 15 mins before his appointment time, too! Then, after about an hour and a half of waiting, this "clinical nurse" comes out, and basically just gives the whole waiting room a bunch of lying excuses, as to why everyone was having to wait for so long. I was there for over 2 hours with covid, the app did not work, so after standing there going round I asked the receptionist to make an appointment for me BECAUSE I'M TOO SICK TO PLAY WITH AP
Nothing Xpress about it. Over 4 hours to get seen. Next time I will just go the the emergency room. The staff was nice.

Do not recommend for young children they are rude and not compassionate. Had 2 tests done and 2 bloody noses afterwards just harsh and don’t even try to work with the kids!!!!

Went in for poison ivy on my face. Doctor gave me a steroid shot. Didn’t bother to tell me what it was called, possible side effects, etc. Told me to wait in room for 15 minutes afterwards to “monitor” for a possible reaction. A few minutes after she left the room I fainted. Came to and immediately felt like I was going to pass out again. Was too scared to get up out of chair to get someone. Don’t waste your time on fake doctors. That’s what this place has…fake doctors who have no clue what they are doing. We waited 2 hours to be seen by some lady who had no clue what she was talking about and then didn’t prescribe an antibiotic for my child’s strep.

This place is the absolute worst. They used to be good until they hired the most incompetent people. There’s no real doctors here and they all have zero clue what they are doing. Don’t waste your time on poor medical care …if you can even call it that.

This place is a joke. Ended up waited over an hour for an 8 minute stress test. The “doctor” who came in had zero clue what she was doing. This place has gone downhill quick. There are no real doctors in this place.

They used to have a fairly decent provider but the new one is clueless, almost like she isn’t a real dr. She had zero clue how to treat a child with strep. We waited over an hour to be seen and there was only one other person there! This place is completely incompetent of providing any kind of care. I’m convinced after this that they hire people to pretend they are medical professionals. I’m surprised a place like this is allowed to stay open.
