Unfortunately I am required to give this a one star. This business is not worth even one star!. This is what I posted on Facebook about this HORRIBLE FACILITY! My Oklahoma friends, if you are ever in need of Urgent Care DO NOT go to Xpress Wellness Urgent Care in Ada! They refused to treat my brother, after my daughter took him with a piece of hot, burning metal in his eye! Our initial visit was good explained my concerns which wasn’t documented. Made an agreement on giving medications to my child. Again not documented. The supposed nurse practitioner then prescribes meds for my child to another party without verification of that party. My child was overdosed on medications due to their negligence.
Was their first on 10am until 3:30pm. One of the medication ordered our doctor took my husband off because it could cause him to fall.
They charged my spouse 130 fo just checking his BP and sending him to the ER plus they are billing insurance
These people do not care about your well being. I went there during an asthma attack at 6:40pm on Sunday and they refused to take me. They said they don’t take anyone past 6:30. I had to drive to the ER while literally having an asthma attack. I or someone else could’ve been seriously injured if I passed out behind the wheel. Please post that you won’t take anyone passed 6:30 regardless of your condition.
The Broken Arrow location definitely needs a new receptionist or the staff needs to take customer service training!!! My cousin went in today with a dog bite and the receptionist stayed on the phone the entire time (never even spoke while on the phone), no one was acknowledged/greeted when they walked up to the counter, and when she finally did acknowledge us she raised her voice and rolled her eyes. I will never go back there again. Can’t even call in a prescription to the requested pharmacy. Don’t know that I even saw a doctor while I was there. No one introduced themselves as a a doctor.
Had an appointment set 24 hours prior, sat in the waiting room for an hour WHILE NOBODY ELSE was waiting or in the building being seen. Finally left, because my daughter had been sitting that long and was grumpy.
Horrible Customer Service been trying to a get simple appointment setup for over a week now but these lazy, nonmotivated “nurses” must not like to work. Cant even push patients in and out. I’m heated!!! They love tell there patients first come first serve and I got a huge problem with that! Like every time I walk in there you tell u can schedule me a appointment not allowed to do that weird stuff man!
