Went into them today because I’ve been sick the past two days, told me they can’t see me because I have an unpaid balance. Last time I was there for for a wasp sting they literally took my blood pressure made me wait 45 minutes to see the doctor then told me all they could do was benedryl (that I’m allergic to) then proceeded to charge me 148$ even though I had insurance? And I pod my 25$ co pay at the beginning? No. Don’t recommend at all. How can you deny someone who is sick honestly?

I took my 10 month old daughter to the Altus Urgent Care because we couldn’t be seen by her primary care pediatrician. She had been running high fevers, unable to eat without vomiting, and congested. We waited two hours and when we were finally seen they did an RSV/Flu swab and both were negative. The physician then checked her ear. Would not see me without putting a credit card on file or giving them $135 for whatever they decide which may or may not have been refunded. I have good insurance coverage btw.

Went with daughter today it was very busy I was told I had an appt for 4 and they would text 30 min ahead of time to let me know it was almost my turn, it's now 6:35 and still have not received any texts from them.

Showed up at 1030 am Saturday February 15, 2020. Receptionist rudely told me I had to have an on line appt. or I could wait and I might get seen at 5pm. I would be at the bottom of the list. How rude is that!! I didn’t even have time to tell her why I was there. I don’t feel good to begin with and then she opens the conversation with that. Not a walk in clinic at all!!! Receptionist was rude. Waited 20 minutes in lobby and were the only ones there at 8:30 am. Claim sent to insurance was denied because Xpress Wellness coded it wrong.

Went in for stomach issues that I had for almost 3 weeks. I waited for over 2 hours. My husband decided to ask about being seen and the dr said. "I'm busy. I'll be in later". When the dr did come in he made me feel like an idiot for coming in. He prescribed pills that didnt work. two days later I went to the ER where they actually ran tests! I had a severe bacterial infection and needed strong antibiotics and fluids.

Dear Mednow, you serve a purpose as giving us a place to go when we can’t get into our PCP’s office, that part your great with! However last year I visited your clinic due to illness. I paid out of pocket at the end of my visit. Many months later I go back to your clinic due to an illness, this time I’m told I STILL HAVE A CREDIT of $80+ dollars so no charge today.
