is not working properly is defective is sucking air and is not doing the job how can i get a replacement ?
Didn't work initially Need a little patience with this thing to work properly which I bet is where a lot of people have issues. At first I could not get the vacuum hose to stop tangling which all had to do with the jets in the pool. I tried several different orientations until I found one that resulted in the vac not getting stuck, not getting tangled or only hitting a certain area of the pool. This unit has poor gasket design. Very disappointed. This unit worked well the first couple months. I would not purchase again. As many have stated the seal leaks at the top. Once air has gotten into the unit it floats diagonally and continues to take on more air. This causes cavitation in the pool pump with is damaging to the pump. Saving a few dollars on this unit is not worth damaging my $1000 pump unit.
Product does not do what it is advertised to do! This product took away from the pool suction, the lid did not fit properly and when I tried to return after 1 week I found out I would be charged $18.42 to return ship and a 20% re-stocking fee. This is a terrible business model! I have purchased 2 Zodiac pool cleaners from Amazon and because of this I will find another product to clean my pool!
Not sealing, air engress Not getitng sealed and air get sucks
Works well when it's working well! The seal at the leaf trap canister is not thick enough. The canister locks into the lid detents but it's not snug. It sucks in air if the canister lid is tilted above the water level. Otherwise, it does save me time with scooping bottom leaf debris and brushing daily. It does favor the dep end of the pool. Got hung up on my side ladder. Just need to check it periodically to keep it working well.
Restocking fee I bought this to go with the Zodiac MX6. It didn’t work out for my pool. FYI 20% restocking fee in returns.

Flawed design, will eventually roll over onto its side and suck air I bought this leaf canister as it was recommended to me by my local pool store. It has been in service for 2 weeks and today I discovered a major flaw in the design of the unit that others here on Amazon have also mentioned. It seems that the canister will eventually rotate itself in a way that the side of the top lid is exposed to air.
