1.0 out of 5 stars This product is horrible The cleaner spends the entire time in the same area. I can move it to the other end of the pool and within the next 5 minutes its back to the same spot in the pool 20 feet away. The treads get worn out very quickly. I have plenty of water flow and have adjusted it with no success. After one year its going in the garbage and I will buy another brand.
1.0 out of 5 stars Stopped working after 6 weeks I purchased the Zodiac XM6 as I did not want to spend over $1000 on a vacuum. This product only worked for 6 weeks and then stopped working. The propeller stopped working, I looked up youtube videos, googled fixes and nothing. Amazon is telling me they can't do anything because I did not purchase the warranty. 1.0 out of 5 stars Garbage hose This hosing is worst then garbage, less then 3-6 months of use and hose shreds with little pressure. It’s so bad it’s impossible to repair. This hose shreds so easy that string cheese is more difficult to separate. Out of 15 hose segments, I have 9 hoses that are usable but only barely. They literally feel spongy. 5 hoses including the one that hooks into the vacuums which at this time is useless due to the special attachment hose being destroyed.

2.0 out of 5 stars Works great but... I bought this pool cleaner because it had good reviews. I have owed many other brands and decided to try this one. The actual cleaner work great the hoses are very bad. The original hoses that it came with lasted a few months. I bought replacement hoses and they were really bad. I'm looking into getting a Hayward hose adapter so I can purchase the other hoses that last for years.
1.0 out of 5 stars not any good for uncovered pools DO NOT BUY IF YOUR POOL IS NOT COVERED BY A LANAI! it's been in a box for two years 1hp pump was not strong enough to use it. just put in a Jandi 1.65 on 7/23 it runs it , but our pool is uncovered and leaves are an issue. I have to clear this machine 4 to 5 times a day. It can't handle cleaning 15 leaves from a pool.
1.0 out of 5 stars Shady company The zodiac pool vacuum I ordered did not work as claimed. I returned the item and even though they accepted the return, they did not refund my money. They are essentially borrowing money interest free.
1.0 out of 5 stars Good for less than a year It worked great for like 6-7 months. Then the rubber wheel came off and kept getting stuck in the vacuum and finally the hose came apart like a slinky after a year.
