Absolutely the worst pool vacuum ever! It spends most of its time vacuuming the edge of the steps. Pull it off the steps and it heads straight back. It's claim that it is excellent on walls is a bunch of malarky, when its not stuck on a step, it heads straight up the wall where it sucks in air until it falls back to the bottom where it will head back to the steps.
Quit after a year of use I bought this on May14th, 2022. When I opened my pool I put it back in and it would work for maybe 5 minutes then quit roaming. I checked the port I put the hose in and it is suctioning very good. This is too expensive to have for just one year.
Returned The locking hoses can be a pain in the butt, did a pretty average job cleaning the pool
Not worth the Money Worst pool cleaner ever purchased. Constantly gets stuck on steps. Then it just stops. Worst customer support, called numerous time no answer always on hold, no call back, DO NOT BUY
Stopped working after 3 months Idk if I can get it replaced or not but it’s not working already and it’s only been 3 months.
Gets stuck too easily The media could not be loaded. The cleaner works well BUT it gets stuck on corners which is a pretty poor design. I’m constantly having to move it, at least 4 times a day and I’m sure I could move it more if I paid more attention. The robot gets high sided on any protruding corner or edge. Manufacturer could have solved this by building a rocker into the plastic head that would force the tracks to engage but if it hits a corner dead on, that’s where it’ll stay for the rest of the day. Don’t waste your money We bought this vacuum based on reviews and it’s been nothing but junk since we got it on May 1st, 2022. First of all the vacuum itself doesn’t stay upright it tips over not allowing for proper suction on the pool surface. Secondly, the hoses are $25 per section and they split open. We have had to buy an additional section of hose only to have 3 more split open. We don’t leave the equipment out in the sun while it’s not in the pool and we don’t leave it in the pool 24/7. not suitable for dual speed pumps this pool vac does not preform well with energy saving multi-speed pumps. Other vacs I have used do OK at the low speed in conditions this one did not.
Hose issue. Works great but 3 sections of hose have broke. At each end. Vacuum works great but 22 dollars for new hose sections. After 1 year. The sections are the hose that come with the vacuum.
