Gets jammed on the tiniest of items. It works well when it's not jammed. However, the tiniest of items (leaf stem, rock, or any sort of debris that's not dirt) will cause this to get jammed.
hose failures Hoses continually break, in less than 2 years i have had 5 hoses break, Zodiac has been told of defect but won't respond..
Won't last long I was happy with this cleaner at first, but problems quickly developed. After a few weeks of great cleaning, the vac suddenly stopped moving one day. After a bunch of troubleshooting I discovered the flow regulator valve (the part right above the cleaner that adjusts the suction power) kept sticking open so no suction was getting the cleaner. Piece of crap The product stopped working after about two weeks. The seller did not stand by the product and referred me to the manufacturer. They were totally useless and not helpful. Amazon was also not helpful. Buyer beware.
Used Product This product appeared to be new out of box. However it never moved in my pool. I had a pool technician come to evaluate what the issue was. There was sand in all the gears of the product which caused it not to move. This product was marketed as new however this was clearly in someone else’s pool.

Be ready to waste your money This product wasn't even a year old before the hoses began to unwind and break. Unfortunately, my wife bought more hoses through amazon not knowing about the warranty and then 5 more pieces broke shortly after that. At this point, we will be paying more for the hoses than the whole product together. I recommend you buy something else and save your money.
Gets stuck daily This device can't pick up any leaves. It stops working daily 4-5 times a day. Smallest leaves or stem from leaves jams it up and it stops working. vey unhappy with it and wish I could return. I don't see how it has so many positive reviews.
Does not work The media could not be loaded. I properly followed the instructions and installed it to the pool. However, the vaccum will stop working with anything the size of of a leaf. It gets stuck and stops running. Stay away. You better off getting a leaf bag vaccum cleaner for the pool costing 10x less
