1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money! This pool cleaner is complete garbage, it constantly needs adjustment and this gearing broke and fell out of the machine after only 3 months. The company is slow to respond and won't refund your money for an obviously defective machine. Stay as far away from this product as possible!
1.0 out of 5 stars DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK Waste of your money. It comes with about 8 sections of hose. Complete junk. Little over a year the hose sections disintegrate. Replacement sections are $35.00 each WTF!! Half of the sections have ripped apart at the connection. So if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars every year to replace the hose section, stay away from this junk.
1.0 out of 5 stars Doesn’t last long The vacuum needs parts replaced frequently and the hose it uses is horrible. It breaks in less than a year and is wildly expensive. I do not recommend this at all.

The vacuum is very easy to manage, has enough of pipes and is powered by the water being socked by pump throu skimmer. But!!!! Without any filter EVERYTHING the vacuum picks up GOES TO PUMP .. and pump has small basket locked hard to open and when we open the air goes to the system.. well people who know something about pool know what I am talking about. Basket from skimmer that connects vacuum is not there, vacuum messes up the pump...... read more

On first use after opening the pool for this summer it failed with MULTIPLE hose failures. The vacuum unit itself seems to work well but as a system - because of the unsatisfactory hose weakness, it is worthless.

I was assured a call back within 20-90 minutes each time. When I spoke to someone from technical support, I had already completed all of the problem solving steps offered. When I was following her last suggestion, the call was dropped (because she had no further suggestions?!). I called again and was assured a call back within an hour... read more
