Very disappointed Bought this pool vaccum twice. The first time is was working fine for the first few days and then it stopped suctioning up the debris on the pool bottom. Suction power doesn’t seem as strong. We Cleared out any debris that we could find in the compartments, tried again and nothing- thought is was defected- sent it back. Terrible Instructions The "quick start guide" that this product came with did not provide enough information to get the vacuum operational. I visited the website but was similarly frustrated with the lack of information. Beyond an bare bones FAQ section, there was no additional product information available on the site. I had to watch two YouTube videos and visit a 3rd party website to get the vacuum running effectively. Total junk Total junk, if a leaf happens to blow by my pool on the wind the vaccum jams and stops working. Been trying to get it to work for a year and still no improvement. Pool maintenance company also said they have nothing but trouble with these units.

Failed after 3 days When I first received this cleaner I were very happy as to how it worked. Made sure the rotations were 10 per 30/45 seconds as to not damaging the unit. It stopped working all together suddenly. I took it out and inspected it I can find nothing jamming up wheels or gears and nothing looks wrong in general but it's dead in it's tracks. I'm returning it.

Customer service sucks! Junk straight out of the box! $328.00, immediately sent back and only refunded $32.10! I'm assuming they need 90% for junk!
Difficult to return DO NOT BUY. Product would jam every 5 minutes. When I went to return it I was told I had to trouble shoot with manufacturer and provide details, including rep I spoke to before returning. Amazon ended-up crediting me, as this was a violation of their terms of service.

Not good with Queen palms We have Queen palms by our pool. The leafy segment of the frond gets stuck in the suction hole then it stops cleaning. Wish we would have gotten the “Pool Cleaner” instead.
