Hoses are terrible!!! Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This unit works fine as long as there are no leaves or grass in the bottom of the pool. The hoses are horrible. They fell apart in less than 2 years. And are not cheap to replace. I would not buy this again
very slow Don't like how slow it works or how it has such a hard time climbing the sides of the pool. (It doesn't) there must be an easy way to adjust the machine. But, I will be asking my pool man if there is anything HE can do to address that issue
Hoses are bad quality Overall I am happy with this pool cleaner but after a year and a half the hoses started to break. They should last way longer. I still have my hayward hoses for more than 10 years and they still have flexibility and don't break.
Beware of seller Beware of seller: In The Swim Pool Supplies. I purchased this vacuum and it did not work. It was a lot of trouble to try and get in contact and when I did, I had to prove it didn’t work before they’d do anything. Then, when finally agreed to return, it took DAYS to get return labels. After more time goes by, I get the refund for the canister but not the vacuum. Then, a vacuum comes in the mail. Zodiac The fitting will not stay have to reset it
Doesn't last more than 6 months! I purchased the pool cleaner in July and just 6 months later it has stopped working. I've cleared it of any debris and washed all the hoses out and still it just sits at the bottom of the pool. Terrible investment! Might as well just clean the pool myself the old fashioned way. 🤦🏾♂️ Buyer BEWARE!
Most of the Zodiac brands are lacking a pole attachment It would be a nice feature to place a attachment on the unit so I can guide the unit with a pole if needed.
Not worth, don’t buy Been using this for few months, but i wish I never brought it or spent a little more money to buy a dolphin one. After a windy day, even just small leafs would stuck in there so bad that I almost had to pull it out of pool every few hours to clear out the leafs which i rather hand vacuum the leafs and use this as an algae scrubber
