DOES NOT WORK I have troubleshooted it in so many ways and followed all instructions. This vacuum does not work. Maybe I received a dysfunctional piece. I asked amazon to initiate a return, but they said I have to trouble shoot with the manufacturer before I can return the item so they can confirm it doesn't work. The manufacturer number that was provided goes straight to a message saying please call back during normal business hours, but does NOT mention what those business hours are. Not for leaf removal Not for pool with leaf problem
Bad for a pool with leaves / debris!! If I could return mine I would. This cleaner is awful. If you have any sort of leaves / debris on your pool floor, it’ll more than likely get jammed in the wheel of the cleaner and stop it from moving. Easily my worst purchase.
MX6 I was not a fan of this item. It didn’t work so I had to send it back. Buyer beware, you will have to pay a restocking fee even if the item does not work and you return it in the reasonable timeframe. I was out $75 I believe. No a happy camper.
Junk This vacuum is garbage! All it does is flip on its side and not suck anything up!
Won’t pick up 3 “ leaves I tried the unit it clogged every minute after requesting a return I was denied as the unit got wet for 3 minutes. How in the world are you going to know if it works if you don’t get it wet? Worst experience I have ever had on Amazon.

Sellers customer service is horrible Quick delivery,but it would not move,it was seized up,3 days old and seller will not exchange it
Does not move even at the highest pump speed I replaced my old Barracuda with Zodiac MX6 in hopes it works with the low water flow. Alas, it is no better. Zodiac only moves first 3 min after the pump is turned on. After the initial superflow regime is switched to the normal operation, Zodiac is stuck to the bottom of the pool and is not moving, even when the pump operates at top speed. Luckily, after a week these 3 min/day was sufficient to remove leaves accumulated at the bottom.
