Bad coustomer service Very very bad coustomer service , I will not recommend this company the Vacum stop working on second day
gets clogged very easily. nice for the price but if you have any leaves , sticks or anything besides dirt it will clog and stop working.
Save your money Used this for 1/2 of a season and it's already starting to lock up. Upon closer inspection it's evident that minute dirt/sand particles are eating away at the plastic bearing housing. One tree leaf will lock it up. Works great on perfectly clean pools, but what's the point?
Caution, buyer beware Was looking for a suction-side pool cleaner. This item was very easy to set up and the cleaning suction was quite good. Instructions were clear and easy to calibrate proper operating speed. HOWEVER, the device constantly got hung up on walls, ladders and steps. Cleaner WOULD NOT go into the deep end of the pool. Worst problem was that it climbed the wall and surfaced and stayed there causing it to suck in air which filled the filter with air and stopped all operation. Very disappointing. Cleans well but gets stuck on the pool stairs I’ve had constant problems with the vacuum getting stuck on the stairs. Very frustrating!

skimmer adapter doesn't fit 😣 The skimmer adapter does not fit my skimmer. I own a typical above ground pool with a typical skimmer. I have contacted the seller about this. I couldn't really rate this product because without the proper adapter I cannot get it to work.
