Gets stuck at the pool ladder I bought this sweep for the grand reviews. This thing needs a cage of some sort to keep it from getting stuck in between the ladder and pool. I’m constantly moving the darn thing to later find it back in between the ladder again. This was the biggest waste of $$. Picks up debris on the floor when it’s not stuck, but who has time to monitor a pool sweeper?! Don’t waste your money- better yet I’ll sell you mine.
No power suctioning/ moves very slow Worked great the first week. Then stopped suctioning and moving. I have it on the highest setting to increase flow and still doesn’t hardly move. Does not crawl on the stairs/ walls like people recommended. I do not recommend. It sucks for paying so much money. Filters were cleaned out and all and works for maybe first day then nothing after that. Haven’t had time to return and I just bought it about 3 weeks ago

Stopped working after a few months I have check the pump, hoses, suction. Everything works except the vacuum. It was a lot to pay for something that worked for 4 months.

Hose! Awful! The cleaner seems to work well, though the hose it comes with... a very expensive item to replace... is disintegrating, this started after less than a year. 15 months in now... the hose "unravels", the hose is made from a spiraled plastic material, and the spiral comes apart, one section after another after another (there are a bunch of sections which connect together, I've lost about five so far). Absolutely worthless buy anything else. This thing is absolutely worthless. Prime example of over engineering. I've been a pool owner most of my adult life and have owned many different pool vacuums and this is the worst one I've ever had. It can't deal with anything longer than about a inch. Literally a peice of straw or a leaf that's been torn long ways will stop it dead in its tracks. Any sort of stringy type debris will clog it up.

THERE IS NO LEAF CANNISTER INCLUDED FOR THE MONEY THAT YOU PAY FOR THE CLEANER YOU SHOULD INCLUDE THE LEAF CANNISTER.

Disappointed-really excited to get it but then let down I needed to return this vacuum....it did nothing! We have a 18 x 36 in-ground pool and thought this would help us save time cleaning! We followed all of the instructions to the letter, put it in and it sat there! We tried scooting it with our pool pole and it moved a little bit then stopped again! We tried to get it to work several times with the same outcome! We needed to return it because it was pointless to keep something that doesn’t work!

dont buy I bought this in May and it quit working in August. The seller which I would NEVER buy from again, responded with a one sentence answer about warranty coverage saying "contact the manufacturer." When I asked for their contact info the response was "you can get it from the internet." Not helpful.
