very bad company never send them money up front ,border line committed medicare fraud by over billing never have refunded the money I had to pay up front in order for them to send the device, After 4 promises to pay I am writing this review. Do your self a favor find another company...

I don't think they know what customer service is. They definitely want you to pay for it but don't explain things. From the first call to the last call they are only concerned about money not your health.
By telling the customer everything up front. When I ordered it I was told I would only be charged for what I used. When I called to return it I was told something else. I was told when I called that my doctor had requested that you send thing monthly. When I ordered it I was told I would order supplies when needed. I feel like I was lied to up front.
Promptly contacted by a rep who had all the information I needed regarding their traction device.
