Be a bit more understanding of customers needs
The people I contacted were wonderful. However, I would expect Zynex to have a better understanding of Medicare B requirements so that the success of a prescription for a Tens unit would be better understood.
The people who I talked with were wonderful. However, I sometimes felt they were overwhelmed by the complexity of Medicare.
Don’t charge a service fee if product has not been used. Customer service representatives really don’t care regarding any concerns. A supervisor left a message for me to call -I did. No return call yet from supervisor.

You charged me thousands of dollars for batteries and patches! I never requested any supplies! 15 thousands of dollars! You took advantage of my trust! Thousands of dollars!

I tried to explain to the rep I needed to speak to the insurance company to find out what was covered. Well I was trying to get the insurance company on the phone she hung up on me. I did two tournaments on the insurance company that they required organizational from my PCP not from the specialist rheumatologist that order the device so there's an added layer of processing that is required.

The lady I talked today was nice, 4 stars. The lady I talked to yesterday was rude 0 stars. She needs some training on how to be nice to people. Also she lied I asked for a manager to call me and I have yet got a call.
