agent (Brittney) was unable to tell me if the nex wave was covered by my insurance. It felt more like a sales call than assistance with a medical matterl.
Removed auto ship of supples, on this phone call. But I had requested no auto shop when I initially ordered my machine and first set of supplies. Thank you for double checking that it was removed from my account.
I had a lot of problems with the adapter, I was send a new one just never worked.
Explain everything I needed to know and what their part is and they would have someone call back to make sure I’m alright
Would give them a smaller score if I could. I told everyone that I talked to I only wanted the device if it was 100% covered in network by my insurance . I didn't find out it was out of network until like 3 or 4 months after they sent me the device. I sent it back as soon as I found out with all the supplies and told them I'm not paying there rental fee. I don't and didn't agree to a monthly rental fee that no one told me about
Local rep came to doctors office for demo and explanation. Easy to get process started with customer service. Have not received it yet
I was sent things I didn’t ask for or order. I can buy 9volt batteries at the store I need you sending me overpriced ones. The whole thing is modern snake oil and I consider it a scam that prays on the elderly and peoples insurance company.
I've been trying to get a resolution on a bill and I am always put on hold and then when they come back they still have no answers. This is happened twice within the last year and I am still getting billed
