A good friend of ours is a patient here. We went and visited him. Nice clean place with very friendly staff. Great security system.
My father is here. He says the food and the care are good even though he wishes he was home. The staff give good care and the place doesn't stink like so many skilled nursing places I have visited before.
Highly recommend. Excellent care, clean quality facility, helpful management. My husband was in a severe accident and had to go into an acute nursing facility. The people here are kind, helpful and efficient. Most of all, they care. He was in another facility for one day and I got him out of there because it was so bad. What a difference. I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks to the good folks over at Crystal Cove! My Mother Mary (Carlene) Blake has been having memory issues so I had to move her in with me. She took a spill earlier this year and couldn't walk so she needed and needed full time care. Hoag Hospital couldn't help so they referred us to Crystal Cove. Krizanne was my Mom's case worker and helped us immensely. 95% A1 Service, the care givers & nurses were marvelous! I get cold & get a runny nose when ever I get cold! I lost 2 cotton beanies that keep me head warm & 1 PT by the name of Annie would always crack the door open. I told her I need to have it closed because I get cold very easily. She said she would only keep it open for 30 minutes. Well 30 minutes ended up being 3 hrs! All the other Physical Therapists were remarkable! If the food was better, I would give 5 stars. I would like to say that everyone is very nice, helpful, and thoughtful. The therapy department is excellent. Social services is very good at helping me with my transportation and showing concern about my wellbeing.
Crystal Cove care Center offers the best rehabilitation treatment in Orange County. After my knee surgery I was transferred here to undergo physical therapy. The faculty and staff welcomed me with open arms. They pride themselves with professionalism and expertise in their field. My visit at Crystal Cove care Center was a positive one.
