My 87-year-old mother had a stroke where she was paralyzed on the left side. She was there for a couple of months. The staff were so attentive and caring. The nursing staff was very thorough in testing my mom's blood sugar levels multiple times daily and blood pressure which made us feel confident. The PT and OT staff were amazing and got her left side working again and walking with assistance. This meant the world to my mom. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. We were extremely happy with care provided.

I'm a patient at Crystal Cove Care Center for 2 months due to 4 broken bones in my left leg. I'm here for physical therapy. The staff here is awesome they really look after the patients. I want to acknowledge CNA Carmen! She's the hardest worker I've ever seen. She never forgets a request from a patient and she is always professional. Im not allowed to use my leg at all. My family was exposed to covid from in home caregiver. My mom was admitted to Hoag Hospital for 7 days but we could not have her come home because we all had covid and couldn't expose other caregivers to covid. So my mom was transferred to Crystal Cove Care Center into an isolation room for 3 more days. My mom is 91 and doesn't use a cell phone. She recovered nicely and was able to finally talk. We were worried when we were discharged from HOAG hospital after 4 months that we wouldn't get the same level of love, care, and positivity. When my sister and I stepped into Crystal Cove Care Center, we immediately felt the healing energy and knew we had found the right place for our mom after looking at a total of 8 different skilled nursing facilities. Crystal Cove is a loving and caring facility. The nursing staff are attentive, caring, and compassionate. Krizanne in social services with her dedicated staff is extremely helpful and communicates important information on a regular basis . We could not have asked for a better facility for our Mom who has been there for the last 4 Years.

Can we give more than 5 Stars?! There are not words enough to say how much we appreciate the care we received from Crystal Cove for our 97 year old father. He was there for 10 weeks and couldn't have had a better experience in rehab. The facility is beautiful. Recently remodeled, it was clean, well lit and didn't have that facility smell. Facility was welcoming organized. Admitting staff was knowledgeable, time efficient, and attentive to my family's needs . Thank you to the staff for the care and open communicatiom. Our Stay has been smooth.

They took great care of my husband. Sheryl at the front desk is just wonderful . Sierra was a fantastic nurse , an angel. Krizanne their social worker is so helpful and I am so please with all the staff. So thankful.

My mother was discharged this morning and I have to say I'm really happy with the care CC provided. The activities dept thank you for making my mother feel so special on her Birthday. I wasn't able to be with her that day bc I worked. But when I asked the Activities Director if she could set something up for my mother. She didn't hesitate to help me. Thank you Crystal Cove Care staff!
