It's such a hard time watching your loved one unable to take care of themselves. I wouldn't have been able to do this without the amazing team at Crystal Cove Care Center. Each and every one of them are caring, patient and have the highest level of patient care that I have encountered. My mother has been here twice & has received excellent care. Recently she was there after a series of falls, surgeries & other SNF stays. Thanks to Joanne in admissions, she worked magic with mom's insurance to get her admitted. She is the first patient in the Monarch Care group. The hospital placement would not even try for CC after many pleas. Mom's Care team was fantastic! Nurses, Aides, PT & OT, and on & on. I have worked in healthcare for over 10 years in Orange County. I personally have placed patients in skilled nursing facilities all throughout the county and witnessed their quality of care. Crystal Cove is hands down the best. Joanne, director of admissions, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Amy RN is the director of nursing and is committed to quality care and leading her staff to always put patient care first. If I had a loved one in need of skilled services, I would undoubtably place them at Crystal Cove Nursing.

My mother has been at crystal cove since Christmas. Placing a loved one in a facility like this is not easy, horrible in fact, but thanks to a staff of caring, professional people the experience has been good. The staff is phenomenal from Joanne, Sadie, and John the administrator to the nurses like Ana, cna's , Jesus, Ulysses, Chris. I mention all these people by name because they are like family to me and more importantly to my mom. Thanks to all the staff for always being cheerful, caring, fun, and compassionate.

This is my brother's second time at Crystal Cove Nursing Rehab hospital in 2016.Thank you Joann, Saydie, Ashley, Cynthia, Ms. Mark, Mary, Claudine, Jason, Gerry, Robinson, Diana, Ana, Marnette, Daniel, Paola, Rachel, Elvira, all the nurses, Physical and Occupational therapy department and nurses assistants at Crystal Cove for your extraordinary care! We all love you and are grateful for everything you have done for my brother and all other patients.

My mom was admitted today after spending the day at Hoag ER with horrible back pain. The staff seemed friendly. The place is clean. The nurse was unaware that my mom hadn't eaten all day. He brought her yogurt . The trainee nurse went to raise the bed , not knowing that moms back is injured. Her dinner arrived 30 min late. The meal was average. Pretty greasy . I'm hoping the food improves. Hopefully they'll stick with simple healthy items. I'll know more tomorrow when I visit.

My experience working with Crystal Cove Rehabilitation Center puts it in the top for skilled nursing care in Orange County! My husband is now a rehab patient at this facility and I have nothing but good things to say about the people and the care he is receiving. I am thankful he had a place like this to help him regain his strength after heart surgery. I am happy to recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehabilitation or nursing. Carol Z

Well here I am again CRYSTAL COVE REHAB is absolutely wonderful I feel I'm on the road to recovery. They don't mess around with the PT they know how important it is and the excel in making sure you get it. I have been here since July 3 and I'm leaving tomorrow (the 15th) I'm going to miss all the treatments I have been receiving and the wonderful staff keep up the good work if I need to be back I will buy hopefully I won't need to b back, I've run out of knees
