Absolutely horrible care, my 90 year old grandpa is horribly sick and we transferred him into the nursing facility after being sick in the hospital for five days. No one was helpful. After being asked if they would help him go to the bathroom, they stated that a nurse would come by after their shift to check on him (their shift ends after 8 hours). It is egregious that he would be treated like this by NURSING PROFESSIONALS. He is unable to do anything on his own and it got so bad that our family decided to TAKE HIM HOME, in... read more

Took my mother there for rehab after hospital stay. Because they didn't answer call lights, they put a diaper on her and changed her when they had time. She came home incontinent and weaker than in the acute hospital. Terrible care. I guess they are all like that.

Matt is excellent! Nursing station is terrible Dr Truong is RUDE and condescending wouldn't even take a phone call to patients took me 10 hours to get a cough drop. Not a place to get better out of sight out of mine!

Do not send your family member to this place. They served hardened plastic like food to my Dad. It did not even look like food but pretend plastic food. The spaghetti was hardened and not even edible, you could pick it up with a fork and it was like cement hardened. My dad was dying from stage 4 cancer and was going there for physical therapy for his hip surgery since cancer ate his hip away. He wanted to be able to take care of my mom before he died. I cried to see him there and not have any real help at all. My older siste... read more

Two stars is objectively what this place should get - "could've been better", which is a very fair statement. Positives - the PT and nursing staff are pretty good. The rest of the staff are a mixed bag - some are very good and you can tell they truly care for their patients. Others not so much. One of the biggest issues is simply they are short staffed - I understand this is a large facility, but when a patient rings the call button, it shouldn't take 10-20 minutes for one of the staff to even just pop their head in to f... read more

Not recommended!! If you want your loved one to stay in bed all day this is the place. Takes asking multiple people multiple times to get any assistance. The physical therapists are good, but occupational therapy is non-existant. All they did was dress my Mom and charge Medicare for it. Nursing staff is few and far between. Patients loved one call 911 themselves because on-site staff is so ill equipped to deal with emergencies. You need to be there all day every day to ensure your family member is being cared for properly.... read more

Zero stars. If you loved your family, don't send them here. I regret it. Wish I could give zero stars. First off my family stayed with my grandmother round the clock, and it's a good thing. Because I had to beg staff to turn her over in bed, change her diaper and do other BASIC care needs. Staff was more interested in avoiding her, talking to each-other and constantly made me feel as though we were a burden. Especially Tobias (I believe that's how you spell his name.) To make matters even worse, my lovely grandmother r... read more

I will start by saying the receptionist was so sweet and a few of the caregivers. My Grandmother was admitted here after a urine infection and ended up not being able to walk anymore. As a care center I was shocked when I would visit her seeing her health decline, when there job is to rehab her back to health, it was the opposite and horrifying to see her look so sickly. She lost so much weight. Was weak and couldn't even talk!she stopped being able to walk. She started losing her energy. And I heard them (don't remember the... read more

All were below expectations. The nurses were great, but the women workers were very uncaring and unprofessional. my mom asked for help and the worker said she was too busy. when my mom said she had to make a BM the women said well too bad. They were all too busy gossiping in Spanish and totally ignored patients. Very disturbing. I will never recommend CCRC.
