"My dad needed rehab, he broke his hip. Was hospitalized at Hoag NPB. I was a little concerned about him coming to a nursing home. But when my dad was transported over he loved it ! Looks like facility has been renovated, smelled clean when I went to go visit him. Nursing staff was excellent! Any questions my family and I had they were able to help. Social services as well, helped me place my dad in Assisting living. I would definitely recommend Crystal Cove Care Center
I can't say enough good things about this facility. We brought my mom in for rehab when she fell at home and it was the best decision. & let me say this, my mom can be difficult to work with but I'm so thankful to the entire staff for being so patient. Now, the facility was gorgeous and so well kept. Every room was spotless and it smelled great. Caring and attentive from the moment you arrive to the time you depart. Everyone was extremely hard working, genuinely cared, and did kind little things, from the front desk to the nursing team, physical therapists, and social workers to even the cleaning crew who went above and beyond and out of their way to ensure good care in the kindest of ways.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal! My Mom was there for a week do to a broken tibia. The care that the staff gave to my Mom was out of this world. Some staff that made my Mom's visit remarkable was Sheryl (front receptionist), KrisAnne and Diana (Social Workers), Sophia and Emme (RN's), Gaby (Head Nurse), Gaby and Gloria (CNA's), and Justin and Kirsten (Physical and Occupational Therapists). Kind caring and attentive, the people truly care about how patients recovery and the safety of their healing, they were accommodating to our special needs and I trusted them completely with my loved one staying there, visiting hours were easy to visit which made for a fast recovery. I love the staff and the atmosphere at the Crystal Cove care center.
20 Dec 2022 Trip/Fall breaks left femur and de-gloves back of right hand, initiating repair surgeries at UCI Medical in Orange... a non-informative and unfulfilling follow-up experience. 30 Dec 2022 Transfer to Crystal Cove Care/Rehab in Newport Beach, where PT and OT commenced up to 10 hours per week. Need to give a shout out to Krizanne in social services. She is incredibly devoted to the patients and their families and communicates important information on a regular basis. She's a breath of fresh air when dealing with an elderly sick family member in a skilled nursing facility. Thanks to her, I got my dad taken care of and now home safely.

I had the priviledge of staying here at Crystal Cove Care Center. During my stay I had the upmost care. The nursing staff was so helpful and very attentive. The CNAs were very helpful as well, and always made sure I had what I needed even though they were so busy. I enjoyed the food most nights and enjoyed the snacks throughout the day from Activites. My mom had a stroke in March and spent 8 weeks at Crystal Cove. It was such a scary and emotional time for our family but knew from friends that had stayed there that she would be in good hands. The experience was very positive and the staff members were exceptional. The nurses, CNA's, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers and everyone who worked there were so loving, kind and caring.
