I have had My Home and Land stolen from underneath me 21st told me at the signing of the mortgage loan contract that I could Make extra payment's toward the principal of the loan as to aid in a refinancing early down the road to help lower my extremely ridiculous $1.650 at 10.5% interest fixed rate mortgage loan for the period of 30yr's on a Mobile home so I instantly started making higher payment's of around $1.900 to $2.000 addressed accordingly as $1.650 towards the mortgage loan and the extra $toward the principal of the... read more

This organization uses discriminatory and abusive tactics. If payment doesn't go through online, they require you to call in to make payment for 6 months; however, doing so does not "secure" funds in any way for them. It just makes it MORE difficult to make a payment to them. Individuals who may already have issues with making payments, only now find it MORE difficult to make them.

21st Mortgage is the absolute worse Mortgage company I have ever had to deal with. Nonstop Harassing,verbal abuse demeaning behavior. Poor customer service.Their excuse for the verbal abuse is that the are "trying to understand why you are late on payment. Questions like,Well can't you get a second job?What are you spending your money on?Why can't you pay your payment,then buy food?Well if you aren't in hospital now can't you get a job working from home? So we did everything this company asked of us to do. We were approved. Then they move our account to another person. And we were still approved. But we noticed the address for the home was wrong. So the property that was helping us contacted them the next day then on the 3 day we were deined. And then then sent another deined notice. So I called 21st to find out wth right. Never return phone messages. Screwed us around since March 2024. Kept giving us more hoops to jump through and wouldn’t takes land value from taxes paid previously. Wouldn’t agree to licensed land assessor. Claims it’s everyone else’s fault this mortgage application has expired for the second time! Unconcerned office.

I have been a customer of 21st mortgage for over 3 years.. I have never missed a payment or asked for extensions or any other payment arraignments. With that said, my pay dates have changed.. I have spoken with this company about auto pay.. but they say I do not qualify because my payments have been late due to continually paying later in the month instead of by the 15th of the month. This company has by the worst customer service and financial management advisors. I have no idea how they are okay talking to clients by downgrading, bullying and harassing customers in binds. I understand everyone deserves to get paid and we made obligations and commitments to pay our mortgage but we are still human beings. I don’t understand how this company is okay with letting there employees bring this company down. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful
