Some of the rudest people I have ever talked to Totally disrespectful could’ve said the same thing in a much nicer tone of voice, and got the same results But yet they choose to be totally obnoxiously rude
Very rude! I’ve been hounded down by a financial counselor as if we have personal beef! She has called me, left voicemails, and emails all in one day. I’ve had mortgage with them for years and have always paid my mortgage where I lay my head, that’s one bill I’m going to always pay. I was asked what did I do with my check on the 9th and that I need to have a payment complete by the end of the day! VERY RUDE!!!! I hit hard times financially and this company’s managers make FUN OF ME and called me LAZY after I told them can’t make the payment they called me a LIAR!! The place is so unprofessional!!!!!
The rudest customer service they disrespect you and bully you about your bill Something has to be done with this company and they customer service workers
I only gave a one because it was the lowest! Poor customer service! Hounding about payments and asking questions about “why you can’t pay”. Sad ! Speaks to customers poorly!!!! If I had known I would be treated this way by these ppl I would have never used them. Do better with your customers!
Customer service is terrible. Be better off getting a loan from the mob. Late on a payment these people turn into real unprofessional individuals and almost impossible to deal with . Get the late payment arrangement made and then you have to talk to their big bad supervisor that wants to give you the third degree like you’re in kindergarten.
Horrible Horrible company!!!! Get loan anywhere but here. They have the worst management and customer service if ever dealt with.
Wish I could leave 0 stars this company is horrible they talk to you like you have no sense like to are a child. I will be switching mortgage companys very soon. One of them called my husband the other day telling him he needed to grow up and pay the mortgage by tomorrow. Very unprofessional they must be some miserable people and must hate their lifes. Please stay away.
They are incredibly rude and hateful people. I’m a couple of days late and basically told they’re going to take my home and I can’t afford it. I was calm and polite in trying to explain the situation, however, the rep just talked over me and was incredibly belittling. They are more focused on making empty threats and bullying people than actually helping or trying to be understanding.
