Very rude customer service my husband and I had Covid so could not work we were in the hospital. They said not their problem that we needed to pay the mortgage told them we just got back to work. Again they said not their problem. Be aware that this company will try to take your mobile home away from you when you are close to paying it off Your best bet is to get a personal loan if possible, cheaper in the long run. Many people have lost their homes because of their practices. Search 21st century lawsuits and see what you find.
Wish I could leave ZERO Stars. This company was professional up until I received my loan. I was told from the start I could choose the due date of my loan. From the time I was told that, I have called back numerous times and even mentioned it when I had the closing call. Each person I spoke to told me to call back. I have now called back again and they have denied what they originally said. I purchased this mobile home in September of 2009. A couple of months later, I noticed mold on the home. They sent someone to supposedly treat it and at that time they sprayed bleach on the mold. I have since complained numerous of times about mold and and water damage. A few months ago, I contacted them again about the mold and water damage. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. Do not use this company. I made this mistake and will be changing my mortgage to a different company as soon as humanly possible to do so. They are unhelpful, lie to you on the phone, don't care about you in the least and will make you feel like the worlds worst person for having any kind of hardships. They wont help and wont care. More like zero stars! I received a call on the 6th (today) because I didn’t make my payment on the 1st. Life happens! Late fee applies on the 17th. According to the 2 guys I was trying to speak to, since they were very rude and didn’t care about anyone, try to tell them I can make a payment by the 15th. This wasn’t good enough for them. They are the worst rude mortgage company I ever dealt with the representatives Valerie, Jessica are rude and they speak with you rude especially if they know you’re African American! The managers are rude as well Their names are Dan and Jacob they will say they will send you something in email and they don’t until you call back and complain but then they call you and be rude for a mistake they made not sending the info needed! They are rude and not willing to help. I told them I can get caught up by Dec 22 for both Nov and Dec payment they said we are not willing to help you out and you need to pay Nov by this coming 8th of Dec or you will get a legal letter of forfeiture. I said but if I'm caught up by the 22cd in God they said you should be, so why Harrass me then? You prefer threats to me then help or understand the payments will be caught up but not on your date!!! Never be late with this company or you life will be miserable with threats!!!
This place is horrible…. Do not see about going through a loan process with them. I was selling my manufactured home to my sister in law and her daughter. And they gave us an approval with a 12 percent interest rate. And 5k down. We were okay with that based off of the credit rating of the main buyer and the co buyer.
