Horrible company! We have been with them for 9 years and we hit a rough patch this past February. I was extremely sick and lost my job, but quickly got another better paying job. While waiting for my paycheck to come, they harassed us repeatedly with the "supervisors" telling us there's no reason you cannot pay. How can I pay when I do not have my paycheck yet? Every month since about January that I have tried to log into my account to pay my mortgage I get an error saying wrong user name and or password. After changing the password I still can’t login. So I’ve had to call every month to get logged in to make a payment. Last month they even deleted my account so I could create a new one. And here I am a month later still having trouble. We were with Triad mortgage company before you took over our mortgage we had our payment taken out on the 3rd of every month since we are disabled we get social security and we get paid on the 3rd monthly. When you took over our loan we called to make the same arrangements and the person sent out a paper and told us to write the date in which we wanted it to come out we wrote the 4th since we wanted to have the money in the bank officially when taken out. 21st Mortgage has poorly trained customer service representatives and extremely rude so called "supervisors." They talk to their customers like dogs. I wasn't even 30 days late and the "supervisors" told me I should sell my car and pawn my personal items. MIND YOU NOT EVEN 30 DAYS LATE!! I do not understand how they even have a 3 star rating. ***** 21st Mortgage has very rude and unprofessional supervisors. I spoke to three because they would not allow me to speak to the person over them. All three males were rude, unprofessional and lack customer service skills. It’s disappointing to know this is who has a leadership role in the company. I’ve been trying to talk to an upper level Supervisor at 21st Mortgage regarding unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, that put me behind on my payments & has been denied. Timothy told me no one was available at this time, it was close to 5:00pm. Logan,Matthew,Hope, A.C., Colby & more has told me they do not speak with their customers. I asked, what are they there for. Zack is a very rude person. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor he laughed an transferred me to William would not give a last name, was also very rude. Was called a liar on numerous times. Was even told that i had someone in the background coaching me on what to say. i PLEASE by all means stay away from this company.
