Very rude and unprofessional. They want you to have communication and when you do have communication they belittle you and make you feel worse about your situation. Poor af customer service
If you plan on checking out mortgage company's I would suggest NOT going with 21st Mortgage they can't leave your payments alone. They are always changing mine, adding charges that I don't have any control of, and there NOT friendly to work with at all.
I can't believe how they don't care about their customers. I would NEVER get a loan with this company intentionally again. My loan was bought out by 21st. They have terrible customer service. Their manager/supervisors are rude and act ‘holier than thou’. Don't be late on your mortgage it is due on the 1st. If you are late 11 day past due they will call you and be very rude to you.
21st Mortgage is a Foreign Corporation and is NOT a Lender. My NOTE was securitized/monetized and have made millions off Investors/Securities and trading. 21st Mortgage has committed Mail Fraud, Securities Fraud, Identity Theft, Tax Evasion, False Advertisement. Horrible! As a real estate agent I have worked with hundreds of lenders and 21st was by far the worst. Demanded excessive seller info and refused to move forward until they had everything, including social! Zero communication from the loan originator, she would only speak with title. Refused to talk to her own client. We had to push closing a full week and the underwriter tried to add conditions to the appraisal 1 day prior to closing. This is the worst company EVER. They want to bully people and tell people how to live their lives. My 73 year old mother called to make My Brother's mortgage payment. Once they received their payment. I woman supervisor got on the phone and was yelling at My Mother. Telling her she better have My brother call them by the end of the day and if He didn't He better never be late again. She asked My Mother that is not on the mortgage mind You. 21st mortgage is worse than used car salesmen. They bully and intimate and are not interested in their clients. Shoddy business practices and heartless reps. The whole thing is a sham and they should be shutdown
