I mailed a cashier's check to pay off my mortgage on 11/8/23 and it was signed for by an employee from their company (Ethan ******) on 11/13/23. I have proof from the post office showing it was signed for and they verified that this person works for them, but they say they don't have my check. They are very rude and not helpful at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These people are the worst! Even if you're going to be late on one payment and you call them to notify them, they are rude and condescending. They talk down to you. If you get a loan from them never have a late payment. Unfortunately no one reads reviews before closing on their home and having their own terrible experience.
Absolutely the work customer experience EVER! The people that work on the team who approves your move are the absolute worst. I submitted the required form and insurance binder and after 4 weeks never received a follow-up like I was told I would. Why didn’t I call them and follow-up myself? I was trusting their process as I was told someone will contact me once it was approved. They worked with really well foe 4 yrs. I forgot 1 payment because of car issues. I paid half last month to catch up and other have the 2nd month. The people said I lied and didn't answer my phone. And were just rude talking to me. How does someone with a calm voice get yelled at by them and told they were lying and had to get the supervisor involved. I was told that there is no grace. You have to pay your mortgage on the first and I did not see that in writing. Also, whoever is over my account called me at 7 o’clock at night demanding money, telling me that I need to pay them their money they want their money they’re not gonna work with me just harassing me. Don’t ever be late. They are not understanding at all! Very rude and condescending. They say in all the responses I read on here that they want to help yet they don’t.
They are rude they don’t try to work things out you. In less than 24 hours I was threatened twice with foreclosure when I wasn’t supposed to get their call because a payment was made on the day prior. They have the worst customer service possible! I have been called names and belittled. They have made everything as difficult as possible to get my payments caught up after I had a pymt come back as an unable to locate account and set me behind a month. Furthermore, I used the same acct to pay my mortgage for 4 years prior to that unable to locate pymt and never had an issue with having the pymt run out b/c the acct was stored on file and never changed, so how it came back that time is unclear.
