I have been a customer of 21st mortgage for over 3 years.. I have never missed a payment or asked for extensions or any other payment arraignments. With that said, my pay dates have changed.. I have spoken with this company about auto pay.. but they say I do not qualify because my payments have been late due to continually paying later in the month instead of by the 15th of the month. This company has by the worst customer service and financial management advisors. I have no idea how they are okay talking to clients by downgrading, bullying and harassing customers in binds. I understand everyone deserves to get paid and we made obligations and commitments to pay our mortgage but we are still human beings. I don’t understand how this company is okay with letting there employees bring this company down. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful
I’m giving 1 star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. They are sorry, heartless people. We have fallen on hard times, and in this economy, who hasn’t? Evidently none of them have. They don’t care about your situation. They only want you to sell everything you have for them to get their money. They don’t care that I also have a wife and 3 kids to support. This has been a nightmare, I filed a insurance claim and had to send the check to 21st and 5 months later they are still holding my check for repairs on my house I ask to talk with manager and I’m being told I can’t talk to anyone else they are letting talk to anyone.. harassment, disrespect, and unlawful use of insurance money

This company and their customer service is absolutely disgusting. My family has fallen on some hard times due to me being injured and having to miss work. I called to make payment arrangement to being my account current and I have never been belittled like that before in my life. They do not care about people’s unfortunate situations. The amount of calls I received after missing just one payment was depressing. It started with calling everyday, even after discussing payment options. Once a day calls turned into twice a day calls. Then that turned into an email a day, plus the calls. This has caused me mental distress and anxiety, which certainly hasn't helped my family. Horrible company! We have been with them for 9 years and we hit a rough patch this past February. I was extremely sick and lost my job, but quickly got another better paying job. While waiting for my paycheck to come, they harassed us repeatedly with the "supervisors" telling us there's no reason you cannot pay. How can I pay when I do not have my paycheck yet? Every month since about January that I have tried to log into my account to pay my mortgage I get an error saying wrong user name and or password. After changing the password I still can’t login. So I’ve had to call every month to get logged in to make a payment. Last month they even deleted my account so I could create a new one. And here I am a month later still having trouble.
