This is the worst company EVER. They want to bully people and tell people how to live their lives. My 73 year old mother called to make My Brother's mortgage payment. Once they received their payment. I woman supervisor got on the phone and was yelling at My Mother. Telling her she better have My brother call them by the end of the day and if He didn't He better never be late again. She asked My Mother that is not on the mortgage mind You. 21st mortgage is worse than used car salesmen. They bully and intimate and are not interested in their clients. Shoddy business practices and heartless reps. The whole thing is a sham and they should be shutdown

Very rude! I’ve been hounded down by a financial counselor as if we have personal beef! She has called me, left voicemails, and emails all in one day. I’ve had mortgage with them for years and have always paid my mortgage where I lay my head, that’s one bill I’m going to always pay. I was asked what did I do with my check on the 9th and that I need to have a payment complete by the end of the day! VERY RUDE!!!! I hit hard times financially and this company’s managers make FUN OF ME and called me LAZY after I told them can’t make the payment they called me a LIAR!! The place is so unprofessional!!!!!
The rudest customer service they disrespect you and bully you about your bill Something has to be done with this company and they customer service workers
I only gave a one because it was the lowest! Poor customer service! Hounding about payments and asking questions about “why you can’t pay”. Sad ! Speaks to customers poorly!!!! If I had known I would be treated this way by these ppl I would have never used them. Do better with your customers!
