Customer service is terrible. Be better off getting a loan from the mob. Late on a payment these people turn into real unprofessional individuals and almost impossible to deal with . Get the late payment arrangement made and then you have to talk to their big bad supervisor that wants to give you the third degree like you’re in kindergarten.

Wish I could leave 0 stars this company is horrible they talk to you like you have no sense like to are a child. I will be switching mortgage companys very soon. One of them called my husband the other day telling him he needed to grow up and pay the mortgage by tomorrow. Very unprofessional they must be some miserable people and must hate their lifes. Please stay away.

They are incredibly rude and hateful people. I’m a couple of days late and basically told they’re going to take my home and I can’t afford it. I was calm and polite in trying to explain the situation, however, the rep just talked over me and was incredibly belittling. They are more focused on making empty threats and bullying people than actually helping or trying to be understanding. Very rude customer service my husband and I had Covid so could not work we were in the hospital. They said not their problem that we needed to pay the mortgage told them we just got back to work. Again they said not their problem. We told them we would have full payment in a week on Friday they said not good enough, they wanted us to 3 way on the phone with our bank we asked them why and they wouldn’t tell us so Friday came called them to let them know then money was in the bank they said it would take 2 to 5 business days t... read more

Be aware that this company will try to take your mobile home away from you when you are close to paying it off Your best bet is to get a personal loan if possible, cheaper in the long run. Many people have lost their homes because of their practices. Search 21st century lawsuits and see what you find.

Wish I could leave ZERO Stars. This company was professional up until I received my loan. I was told from the start I could choose the due date of my loan. From the time I was told that, I have called back numerous times and even mentioned it when I had the closing call. Each person I spoke to told me to call back. I have now called back again and they have denied what they originally said. I purchased this mobile home in September of 2009. A couple of months later, I noticed mold on the home. They sent someone to supposedly treat it and at that time they sprayed bleach on the mold. I have since complained numerous of times about mold and and water damage. A few months ago, I contacted them again about the mold and water damage. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. Do not use this company. I made this mistake and will be changing my mortgage to a different company as soon as humanly possible to do so. They are unhelpful, lie to you on the phone, don't care about you in the least and will make you feel like the worlds worst person for having any kind of hardships. They wont help and wont care.
