More like zero stars! I received a call on the 6th (today) because I didn’t make my payment on the 1st. Life happens! Late fee applies on the 17th. According to the 2 guys I was trying to speak to, since they were very rude and didn’t care about anyone, try to tell them I can make a payment by the 15th. This wasn’t good enough for them. They are the worst rude mortgage company I ever dealt with the representatives Valerie, Jessica are rude and they speak with you rude especially if they know you’re African American! The managers are rude as well Their names are Dan and Jacob they will say they will send you something in email and they don’t until you call back and complain but then they call you and be rude for a mistake they made not sending the info needed! They are rude and not willing to help. I told them I can get caught up by Dec 22 for both Nov and Dec payment they said we are not willing to help you out and you need to pay Nov by this coming 8th of Dec or you will get a legal letter of forfeiture. I said but if I'm caught up by the 22cd in God they said you should be, so why Harrass me then? You prefer threats to me then help or understand the payments will be caught up but not on your date!!! Never be late with this company or you life will be miserable with threats!!!

This place is horrible…. Do not see about going through a loan process with them. I was selling my manufactured home to my sister in law and her daughter. And they gave us an approval with a 12 percent interest rate. And 5k down. We were okay with that based off of the credit rating of the main buyer and the co buyer. I understand with credit things happen and it causes the rate to go higher because of it. So the process starts out okay with what we were quoted. I mailed a cashier's check to pay off my mortgage on 11/8/23 and it was signed for by an employee from their company (Ethan ******) on 11/13/23. I have proof from the post office showing it was signed for and they verified that this person works for them, but they say they don't have my check. They are very rude and not helpful at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are the worst! Even if you're going to be late on one payment and you call them to notify them, they are rude and condescending. They talk down to you. If you get a loan from them never have a late payment. Unfortunately no one reads reviews before closing on their home and having their own terrible experience.

Absolutely the work customer experience EVER! The people that work on the team who approves your move are the absolute worst. I submitted the required form and insurance binder and after 4 weeks never received a follow-up like I was told I would. Why didn’t I call them and follow-up myself? I was trusting their process as I was told someone will contact me once it was approved. They worked with really well foe 4 yrs. I forgot 1 payment because of car issues. I paid half last month to catch up and other have the 2nd month. The people said I lied and didn't answer my phone. And were just rude talking to me. How does someone with a calm voice get yelled at by them and told they were lying and had to get the supervisor involved.
