I was told that I was approved a day or two after applying, two weeks later they told me that I was not approved. I asked to see the apartment Im moving to because of ****** reviews and they kept saying that it will take a few more todays to have it ready. This apartment is only $126 more than the one I currently live in, but they turned me down after I gave them bank statements showing that I had 50K savings. I have been living at ARIUM ******************* for a little over a year and have had a terrible time with the maintenance and property management staff to be specific ****** and ******. I have had several cleanliness and plumbing is***s since the moment I moved in and they gave me an apartment that hadnt been occupied for maybe a couple or a few years. They will send a bill to collections without contacting you by any other form, and also you don't even have to be on the lease you could be a past resident. Make sure you delete your account with them or they'll bill you for a random month you didn't even reside there.

Absolutely terrible company, I applied with Arium they did not ever back to me until I had to reach out myself. **** in the office promised to get back to me and I assume since she couldnt get me approved and make a commission she decided to blow me off. I had another person that was supposed to complete the app as well and **** and the office staff were completely rude to me and refused to help or get back to me. I would suggest never doing business with these unprofessional amateurs.

Lake pointe are the worst apts!! We had multiple issues from day one from them just putting bandages on the old a** apt issues, mold issues, towing cars if you park over the line yet other cars would do it, not fixing acs if its late even in the middle of ***** heat, our door was jammed shut over night because they didnt consider it an emergency yet we are on the 3rd floor with 4 kids, and we never was late on rent or anything yet when we move out rack up all types of charges how do we owe ***********************************... read more

Maintenance Supvr is very condescending and rude. Maintenance will not fix broken items in a timely manner, waited 4 days to get AC worked on. Sewage pipes always back up and cause urine and f**** to come through the bath tub drain. Code Compliance has been out here several times and maintenance tried to cover up the area with rocks but the code compliance officer had already seen and taken pics of the biohazard all over the ground.Tenants threatening bodily harm to other residents. This is the worst management company. During the harsh winter in 2023 my apartment flooded, and I ask to end my lease after living with no walls and big fans to dry out the apartment. I was denied and offered a new apartment. The cost to break the lease was astronomical, so under the circumstances I accepted the new apartment with the understanding that my lease end date would not change. The absolute worst company ever. Management at the property I was renting is involved with criminal activities with other tenants. They knowingly put my life in danger and are retaliating against me for early terminating my lease. *** had an overwhelming amount of issues from day one of move in and I held my tongue and tried to deal with it..but the minute my life was put in danger at the negligence of the management I immediately had to leave. Dont even waste your time. Worst management possible. Never keep up on their maintenance. Dumpster areas are disease ridden and disgusting. Dog park is never properly maintained i.e. non cut grass dog p*** laying everywhere (also all over the complex) The gals in the office are too busy not answering phones and s******* residents. Do better. This company severely lack on the moral standards and professionalism
