Do not rent I've been having problems since I moved in day ONE and now they moved someone over me who is dog pee is coming down on my porch. Everything old and going up on rent

DO NOT RENT FROM ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY CARROLL ORGANIZATION. We had issues with them from move in day. We couldn't get a hold of them for parking permits. There is no communication at all. They pass blame onto their third party vendors as an excuse for their own stupidity. They never have anyone in the office during their posted buisness hours. They treat their residents poorly. Avoid at all cost.

I've been here 4 yrs pass management ***** bad experience, when I first moved in it was semi ok benefits of the doubt but it been down hill since 3 other management took over the last rpm is pathetic and terrible and slow no sympathy for residents and respect and trying to get the approval and appliances fix take forever, I know I'm not the only resident but at least give a response or contact to know when get fixed ,took over 5 mths get appliances fixed i had to go to laundry **** to wash my clothes and can't use theirs cau... read more

Run far away from any arium complex. My complex was bought by arium and since then the complex has gone downhill. My apartment literally flooded because the upstairs neighbors flooded their apartment and management refused to do anything but send in someone to dry the carpet. Then they said they were going to clean our carpets and never did. They sent someone to fix the stains on the ceiling from the water dripping down and all they did was paint over them and within two months they were back. We lived in the Arium Apartments in ************** Beach, ******* from Sept 2021 - February 2023 and had a terrible experience including:1. External/Internal mold with no resolve 2. Security gates that didn't work the entire time 3. Outdoor gas grills all broken and not replaced after the last 6 months we were there 4. ARIUM of Boca Raton took my money from my bank account and told me I got the apartment then call back to say I did not get it They told me it would take up to 60 days to get it back I desperately need the money to look for another an apartment

BOTH elevators in my building at Arium Lenox Park are broken and unusable, one of them since last winter. The front gate is dark and broken; the decorative pond outside my apartment has been broken for a year and is filled with several inches of brown, stagnant water.

I am an elder with underlying conditions. My ****** Partners apartment suffered an electrical fire and the fire report and physical evidence points to an outlet fire. All my belongings were ruined, but luckily my pets lived. The lease contains a subrogation clause that keeps my insurance for collecting my losses from and at the same time, they decided to blame me for the fire, in spite of the fire department stating it is their outlet. The outside of the apartment complex at Arium ********** in ******** ** are filthy and look disgusting the management team told me multiple times that they would handle this problem. 6 months have passed by and it still hasnt been pressure washed yet. This complex would actually look decent if they kept up with regular maintenance. The surface of my bath tub has also needed to be resurfaced and I needed a new stove since I moved in.
