Terrible management, and upper management. Lack of communication & lies. *********************** (Regional Property Manager), and ******************************* (Regional Vice President) were acting just as bad as the apartment leasing office after trying to speak to someone higher up. Beware of this complex they will do anything to get you in but once youre in everything that goes wrong stays wrong. They do not care about ************** charge things that shouldnt be charged
MOLD MOLD MOLD!!! RATE 0. My husband and I moved into an apartment in July 2022 within a week we started to notice mold. Now this was a serious problem mold was all on our clothes, shoes, dishes, walls, mattresses ect. Would give 0 stars if able to. My apt complex got bought out by arium - grove walk, it was initially great. However, there is no property maintenance and they are charging an absurd amount of money for outdated and dirty apts. When I moved in the place was disgusting, and I paid close to $2000 for a 1 bed 1 bath apt. Then they charge me for cleaning when the way I left the apt was more spotless than how they gave it to me. Parking is limited as you are afraid to go out dreading when you return no parking . For the last years resident have been parking on the side of the complex. Moved in Oct just to find out the date I was told I could move in my unit wasn't ready until Thanksgiving there's alot of roaches they have you pay your rent on a carrollwips just to try and say you haven't paid rent when I have my receipts from the wips app and the store I made the payment to they have you fill out a form of what's wrong with the unit and still do not come fix anything I have not been able to check my mail since I moved here almost 2 months ago you remind them about issues they said they would fix they alwa... read more

I paid my rent on the 3rd they showed up on the 9th saying I didn't pay when I have the proof I Paid an there app sends confirmation to the tenant once they receive it I also have that text as well they force u to get cable hidden fees inside an out
Worst place ever. I moved out 3 years ago and they put me in collections for $27 cleaning fee I was never informed about. This was after I paid $187 collection fee for cleaning as well that I was not informed about. This is after paying all my moving fees and confirmed I was paid in full. I paid my rent on time every month for 2 years while I lived surrounded by drugs and filth. There was even weeks where human f**** were left on the stairs and we had to just walk over it. This place is absolutely terrible - roaches galore, office staff and rude and ignorant, maintenance staff is incompetent and lazy, trash and drug/sex paraphernalia everywhere in the complex, pools are always closed due to uncleanliness, security gates do not work, and the apartments are moldy and outdated. Nuff said.
If you can, dont move here. Moved in 3 years ago and the apartment was filled with roaches. I had to clean myself Bc their pest control wasnt doing the job. My apartment roof leaks, I have mold, I have electrical outlets that do not work. All of which were reported. Nothing is being done. They send out emails to pacify you and cover themselves from lawsuits. Office staff is extremely rude and they do not return calls. THIS staff is fine. The ladies are professional and sweet. In 2019, I moved in without a whole lot of time to seek elsewhere. That staff was ok. The manager at that time was good and communicative. The apartment I moved in was not the apartment I was supposed to have but I settled anyway. There were maintenance issues and at that time they had more maintenance people.
