The worst company ever to purchase phone service from. Terrible prices.. Rate increases like crazy. And are trying to charge me over $1000 for cancelling on my 5 year anniversary. AVOID AVOID AVOID
This is worst service ever!! One entire year with nothing but aggravation. Phones constantly dead. Would not recognize the time. Sometimes would it ring. No battery life at all. After cancelling kept billing!! Swindlers !
I would give zero review if possible. Had this at work for a year. Never worked properly! Phones were very sub standard Would not ring, hold battery life, or keep time. Also after cancelling kept charging ridiculous cancel rates. Swindlers
If you cancel after your contract anniversary date they will screw you, regardless of why you have to cancel ten years of service and they hit me for 1400 dollars after loyal on time payments. No more specifics necessary

Watch out for this company. The salesperson sells you on the service and does not tell you they auto-renew your contract. They hide it in additional terms not even printed directly in their contract. They don't reach out they just keep billing and when you cancel even one month after your year is up they want you to pay for a full additional year. FOR nothing. NO equipment. Just an account. Biggest Scam! They will reduce your bill if you stay but if want to cancel they try to bill you extra.

Good phone system. Technical support is a nightmare. It is difficult to understand most of the reps, they ask same questions repeatedly with no resolve. Current issue is being worked on by a supervisor.

Couldn’t call, had to chat online. Got disconnected and no one ever called me back. I tried to post on the case page, all I ever got was a generic response warning me that if I did not respond my case would be closed. VERY disappointed in 8x8 service! I would never recommend this product or service to a friend. You can keep the amazon gift card, it’s not worth it!
