Overcharging, poor management interface, recording mgmt is terrible and limiting, call quality for mobile app frequently is terrible, mobile app connection is intermittent.
Could not get in touch with anyone who could help. Paid for new polycom phone that is inadequate, too light. Falls over when you try to dial.
Long time customer, the new system is a complete failure. Abysmal customer service loop system that results very unsatisfied end user experience. Have switched over to previous VOIP vendor, while they are not perfect, at least I can get issues resolved.
My 8x8 bill has increased by 26% over two years. The first CSR I spoke with said he would put me in a new promotion and reduce my bill by $15 per month. My next bill did not decrease by $15, but increased by $3. I called and complained to CSR (Jorge) about the problem and he told me I will only save $10 per month. If my next bill actually reflects the $10 per month discount, I will still be 15% higher on my 8x8 bill over a 2 year period. This annual increase is still too high!
signed up for 8x8...received my equipment promptly. went thru all the set up and tried to port our numbers. they never followed thru. has been many months, calls to support do not get anywhere, opened cases and never resolved. have been billing us every month for service we do not receive and have been trying to cancel. will prob have to file dispute with credit card company soon if not resolved.

8x8 sucks. Don't go with 8x8. Their customer support is horribly slow and incompetent. 8x8 canceled all of my phone lines "accidentally" so far we are in our 6th hour across two days of trying to get this fixed...it still isn't fixed. 100% their fault, we requested no such cancellation.

I set up an account December 31st and cancelled on January 10th. Despite that I continued to receive charges on my credit card. I reached out to 'customer service' who said that they received the cancellation and will refund my money. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get my refund. I was charged again and went through multiple people before someone finally helped me. I dodged a bullet by not keeping my service here. Steer clear from this company. If I can give you less stars I would. I signed up for the "service" in January and cancelled it days later because I changed my mind. I asked for a refund and never received it and they continue to charge my card. I had to cancel my card number and have them send a new one in the mail. The staff here are incompetent and inept. You could probably replace your entire staff with people with down syndrome and save money while still being terrible.
