8x8 service has been wonderful, we went from our basic phone to 8x8 phones. I have two lines on my phone and love the service of it going to voice mail if I am unable to pick up. Our patients are getting used to this and it works out well. Also love the online service such a convenient service. We would recommend these phones for any office. I am a sales professional in the P&C insurance industry. Often times I use the 8X8 text message feature to supplement my primary form of contact (calling and leaving voicemails). I know that a certain percentage of people prefer texting and won't answer their phones. This has enabled me to close many deals or to at least start conversations with folks who I would have otherwise never spoken with.

I love that the 8x8 save me a lot of time and steps. Instead of walking all over the office looking for someone I can just instant message them. What a time saver! We love all the features and the ease of use. But funny story I have is while using my phone app I'm in a client attic and I call them. It makes it look like I'm at my office till I start texting photos to them of the raccoon I ran into while up there. They didn't know what to think. I have been a practicing attorney for almost 36 years. In 1979 most attorneys still relied on typewriters, and telephones that had virtually no features. There were no cell phones or fax machines. Being able to have the phone on the road, knowing who called, listening to voice messages, and answering the phone on the road.
Our business has found 8x8 to be a tremendous tool to work more efficiently. We have ease of access of everything being forwarded to emails as well as the history kept in the logs for voicemails, phone calls, and most important faxes sent and received.This helps streamline our processes in a paperless office as well as having access to listen to voicemails from the road for our sales personnel.
