When I came to this company as a HR Director I had never worked on 8X8. I love the fact that I can stay in touch with all of my offices, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, Marietta, Orlando, Jacksonville and Tampa at one time. I never miss a call because my IT dept has downloaded the 8X8 to my cell phone and I can me in touch with everyone all of the time. Portability, mobile app and professional appearance on the phone. We are a small insurance agency but we NEVER miss a call if possible. If we do, the system allows up to get the information we need to respond in a quick way. People are typically not calling the insurance office after hours to ask about wine and cheese. They need assistance and right now. 8x8 allows us to do this. Thank you.
