Unfortunately, I don't have very many positive things to say about 8x8. Their service people are patient, helpful (as they can be), and responsive. That's the end of the good. The service provided by the company as a whole is among the worst I have experienced in my 20+ years in administration and IT. Billing issues cannot be resolved, poor reception and issues with voicemail being received in email, etc. are all written off as other vendor's responsibilities, even when they are pervasive and other customers are experiencing... read more
8x8 has helped a small business with multiple locations and offsite management, operate a business like it was 25 years old with 100 staff members. the hole package! i have 2 stores tied together the 8x8 phone system is seamless i can transfer calls to other service writers to help if i need to if a person calls in on any number it alls goes to the main greatting saying press one for the tiverton store or 2 for the swansea store then once its at the correct store its going to get you to the correct person if a parts dept does not answer the call will transfer to the tiverton parts counter for a repersentative to help i have 2 offices my phone will ring at both of them a... read more

I like 8x8 I think it gives you some great options to work with when working with 8 different papers it shows you exactly what paper they are calling from. 1) not having to own and maintain a PBX 2) ability for employees who work at home to use their 8x8 phone as if they were in the office. 3) ability for everybody to use the 8x8 iPhone app when on the road or working remotely so they're effectively in the office. 4) web interface for handling voicemail - we find this much more efficient than just slogging through voicemail the old-fashioned way.
