We have had to return half a dozen times to fix the same things over and over. Avoid 8X8 were going to leave. All we want is A working voice mail, with 3 boxes Our office telephone number to show up for all lines, not the line numbers. we checked the box, over and over but clients still ask "what's this number you're calling from?" The line to ring at the front desk, then the second admin desk then my office. Never ever happened. As a franchisee I am not allowed all of the benefits 8x8 has to offer. My franchisor owns the system and my number. Consequently I am but a mere extension not a phone number in the eyes of 8x8. So, the app is not available to me. I attempted to use the app unsuccessfully. I called support and they would not assist me without the password on the account. Poor service and you don't keep your word. I tries for 10 days to get through to someone to cancel our service. Of course you waited until after we billed so you could charge us an extra month. I was told by someone in your account services department that they would reverse the charge. It's been 5 months so it looks like that's not going to happen. Honestly, we were completely and thoroughly disappointed with 8x8. Over a period of roughly 6 months, 8x8's terrible, ignorant, and otherwise completely inept tech support cost us nearly a dozen clients, tens of thousands of dollars in man hours and refunds, and left us with numerous additional clients without support or usable service. We reached out to a wide array of senior management officials, and not a single one EVER felt it was worth their time to help support a primary partner.
