Connectivity. Simply put, 8x8 has not only better connected us to our clients through our VOIP system it has better connected our employs with each other. If we are on the go, no problem, we have the awesome 8x8 app for smartphones. In the office we are able to transfer calls effortlessly while relaying critical information through our integrated instant messaging system. The once advantage that only large corporations had is now affordable for any business and comes with all the tech support you can handle. I love my 8x8!

We are a fairly large and well known real estate firm in our area. Over a year and a half ago, we acquired a small office who had previously contracted with 8x8 for their phone needs and had nothing but positive comments about the service, equipment and cost. My old VOIP service was always getting hacked, hijacking my phone service and racking up large international calling charges. I had to turn off international calling, and go to a web portal to turn it on for a few minutes each time I needed to make a call. 8x8 has been very secure, and I can make international calls anytime without trouble.
We love the versatility of 8x8. My favorite features are the ability to change the greeting, easily change business hours on holidays, forward extensions when employees are absent, and to top it off the price is right! We are very happy that when we chose to go VOiP we chose 8x8.
