In operation, our 8x8 services have been reliable, and tech support has been prompt and helpful every time we've had a question. When we were shopping for a VoIP providers, 8x8's sales technician was the only one we came across who had the technical training necessary to answer our questions about security and the technologies used. Every other vendor's sales representative -- and we talked to a bunch -- had to escalate those questions to a separate technical employee. Our takeaway: The people at 8x8 know their stuff.

Honestly, we were completely and thoroughly disappointed with 8x8. Over a period of roughly 6 months, 8x8's terrible, ignorant, and otherwise completely inept tech support cost us nearly a dozen clients, tens of thousands of dollars in man hours and refunds, and left us with numerous additional clients without support or usable service. We reached out to a wide array of senior management officials, and not a single one EVER felt it was worth their time to help support a primary partner. 8x8 has been a extremely good quality service for us. We have used other VOIP products in the past that have had voice quality issues and dropped calls. Prior to switching to 8x8 I researched and interviewed several providers to determine what features were offered and gather reviews on similar businesses' experiences. 8x8 has been very reliable and on top of that it includes some useful features. I used 8x8 virtual office for my business. I liked the convenience of using a headset with my hands free for computer work and talk at the same time over the phone in my business. 8x8 virtual office provided exactly what I needed for my business. As I am back in school, I have to cancel my service because I am no longer working. 8x8 did not make it hard at all for the cancellation. We recently relocated our office and upgraded all of our technology to include VOIP soft phones. After experiencing downtime for about 50% of the time, we finally switched to 8x8 and have had about 3 hours of total downtime in the past month, which was caused by a faulty router and not the phone system. Thanks 8x8!

As a small religious non profit organization, we are grateful to have a VOIP phone system that supports our staff who are located in 3 buildings and it is affordable. In the past we would have needed to buy our own phone system and maintain it. We now keep updated with 8x8, have immediate customer service, and are using the latest technology. We love our phone system. We are grateful.

Instead of keeping our old system we went with your modern "cloud" VOIP solution and almost overnight we went from a can and string system to a modern sophisticated one. We now have a wonderful modern call center and our desk phones work flawlessly. Should we need to forward our calls away from our desk phones we have the softphone, iPhone App and other options so we never miss a call. Hats off to you guys! 8X8 support for Polycom phones SUCKS! -- A very large and respected animal hospital was having issues with their phone system and switched to 8x8 and VoIP systems. I watched as the administrator was struggling with the system and they brought in a local IT company to address the issues.
