In the past I had several providers for my business telephone service. Almost two years ago i started to look for upgrade my service since my business started to grow and more lines were required. For starters we saved over $300 per month from our old traditional phone plan. However, we were having an issue with our 8x8 VOIP system and our representative, Robert Wells, that was working on an existing problem for us, called me to let me know that he had this escalated to an upper level – he was on his way to the ER and still followed up with me to let me know what was going on.

One of the things about having a VoIP service that is truly available 24x7 is the support. Not only is there regular call in support available, but you have on-line support, email support , phone support etc. For me it's been a huge help because we have so much information being used from the 8x8 phone call repository. 8x8 has provided great service since our church decided to go with VOIP. Our sales Rep, James Gold, provided us with all the information needed to make the right equipment and service decisions needed to meet the needs for a congregation our size. I started using 8x8 about 4 months ago when I started with NLC. I had used other VoIP systems but none of them had the features 8x8 does. I like know who is calling me. I am on the phone constantly and leaving messages and when one of those messages is being returned I make sure I hop right on the call. I also like the ability to text message a client. 8x8 has given us the freedom to work from anywhere. Our two offices work seamlessly through 8x8's VoIP system allowing us direct customers to any employee regardless of which off they work. With the 8x8 App on our smartphones I've been able to work from anywhere and all of our staff can find us whenever we need, faxes get sent directly to my email, and and I never have to worry about missing an important communication.
