In the past I had several providers for my business telephone service. Almost two years ago i started to look for upgrade my service since my business started to grow and more lines were required. I started using 8x8 about 4 months ago when I started with NLC. I had used other VoIP systems but none of them had the features 8x8 does. I like know who is calling me. I am on the phone constantly and leaving messages and when one of those messages is being returned I make sure I hop right on the call. I also like the ability to text message a client. With the 8x8 App on our smartphones I've been able to work from anywhere and all of our staff can find us whenever we need, faxes get sent directly to my email, and and I never have to worry about missing an important communication.
