I love everything about 8x8 ! I love the way that 8x8's flexibility allows me to work at home, in the office or on the go !I love the voicemail system that not only shows up as a voicemail in the 8x8 screen I use but also 8x8 sends me a email to let me know there is a voicemail and I can listen to it through the 8x8 interface or through my voicemail! The thing that we most love about the 8x8 services is the app that we can use at anytime and anywhere, it makes our business phone be like a cell phone. I believe 8x8 is by far too notch technology when it comes to business phone services. We are actually pretty new to this service but we have tried other voIP services and the level of confidence that we have established in this system is beyond words. Our main focus is dependability and when we needed a strong network to handle our large volume of marketing calls 8x8 exceeded our expectations by far. We had an Avaya Analog system that was hard wired in the office. The system was being run by a desktop computer with XP running with 2 gigs of ram. Now I don't have to remote in to that ancient computer and wait for it to reboot after changes to the system have been made or deal with the patch panel of poorly marked terminals to install a new phone extension. 8x8's VOIP made it much easier to manage the lines.
